Dream Fishing

I love to fish. Simple statement........ but oh so -so true.
Even if I never get a bite...that's okay.
Just the peace and serenity of the great out doors
makes me smile.

This will be a fishing travel blog. My goal is to fish, at least once,
in every one  the Unites States Of America. Tall order....
but once I retire, I will have a bit more time to accomplish said
task.
In the mean time, I will work this blog and gather information,
that I can use when the time comes....
and keep dreaming!
I hail from the great State Of Michigan. Most of my
fishing has been done right here near home.
Don't have a boat at this point in time.....
but I plan to buy one to
use when I am on my quest.

I will have to put some links in so I can get
every thing I could possibly need for my
dreamfishing trips.
 I will write a bit about Michigan fishing spots.....down the
road. As for now, I will start with..... Minnesota.
Shucks....  that state is only a state or two away, might get myself  a look
see ..... or a trip  planned for the very near future.
Lake Minnetonka sounds very
good indeed! Think I will make that my very first...

14,310 acres! Lots  of small lakes that are connected by....
short canals, with boat docks and good
deep water.

 Lake Minnetonka ranks as one of the nation’s....
better bass fisheries.
Located only a dozen miles or so, from Minneapolis, it must be a fishing heaven
for area folks.
Seems like both large mouth and small mouth bass are present in.....
huge numbers and very....
respectable sizes.
 Anyone... out that way...please give me a heads up
on a favorite spot you might have. I gotta get me a new reel.
